Independent Trustee
Ms. Maki has served on the Board since 1995. She has a BS in Accounting from Illinois State University and a MS in Taxation from DePaul University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Prior to her retirement in 2022, she was a senior executive in finance at RR Donnelley & Sons Company.
