Independent Trustee
Mr. Hurley has served on the Board since 2018. He has a BS in Finance from Providence College. Mr. Hurley has more than 31 years of investment management and capital markets experience, and prior to his retirement in 2017, he served in several senior executive management roles for BlackRock, Inc. He is a National Association of Corporate Directors (“NACD”) Governance Fellow and is NACD Directorship CertifiedTM. He also serves as an Independent Trustee of the HSBC Funds and is a member of the Governing Council of the Independent Directors Council.
