Interested Trustee
Ms. Rowsell has served on the Board as an Interested Trustee of the Trust since 2010. She has a BS in Agricultural Economics and a Master of Accountancy—Taxation from Virginia Tech University. Prior to her retirement in 2021, she was the President of Harris Associates L.P. since 2010 and President of the Oakmark Funds from 2010 to 2020. From 1999 to 2010, she was the Chief Financial Officer of Harris Associates L.P. and Treasurer of the Oakmark Funds. She previously served as President and a Vice President of the Oakmark Funds and has held various positions with Harris Associates L.P. and certain of its affiliates since 1995. She is a member of the Board of Governors of the Investment Company Institute and an Independent Trustee of the State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) SPDR ETF Trusts (Active Trust, Index Shares, Series Trust).
