Independent Trustee
Ms. Posoff has served on the Board since 2016. She has a BA in Philosophy and Greek Civilization from Beloit College and a MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is a Managing Director of Golden Seeds, an angel investment group; Founding Partner and President of Traversent Capital Partners, a consulting firm providing strategic solutions to startups and asset managers; and a Member of the Board of Directors of Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania, a seed stage capital provider for Southeastern Pennsylvania’s technology sectors. She previously served on the Board of the HighMark Mutual Funds from 2010 to 2014. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Mutual Fund Directors Forum, a Trustee of the Community College of Philadelphia and a member of the Impact Advisory Committee of Apollo Global Management.
