Independent Trustee
Mr. Rogers has served on the Board since 2006. He has a BA in History from Williams College and a MBA from Harvard University. Prior to his retirement in 2019, he was an entrepreneur who has taught Entrepreneurial Finance at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management from 1995 to 2012 and Harvard Business School from 2012 to 2019. He also has more than 22 years of governance experience with Fortune 500 companies, including serving on the Board of directors of S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc.
