Independent Trustee and Chair of the Board
Mr. Hayden has served on the Board since 1995 and as Chair since 2021. He has a BA in English from Saint Louis University and a JD from Saint Louis University. He is a Lecturer in the Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications Program at the Medill School of Northwestern University, teaching courses in data privacy, cybersecurity and marketing law.
